I gave up birthdays a couple glacial epochs ago.
Was a young man. So was Mrs. Cur.
We were deciding whether to be hunters or gatherers. Tough call.
Mrs. Cur looked me directly in my one good eye. Kissed me on the cheek.
Said, "Your decision, punkin' butt."
I had never thought anyone would call First Magnitude warrior, "Punkin' Butt."
See, us First Magnitude guys ran around like crazy. Hikin' up and down mountains in search of prey. Sumpin' we might could kill and eat.
One afternoon we come across a pack of giant feral rabbits! Whoo daing.
Them of us what warn't et by the feral rabbits scampered right back up the various mountains.
I did not bring home food. I bleeve that war when Mrs. Cur first took to calling me "Punkin Butt."
Still gets my back up! Wimmen.
