Re: Time for some more woo-woo
If Matthew's feeling optimistic, I'm for that.
Kitty, I meant to ask you somewhere, maybe in a PM, when the heck Mercury is gonna be done retrograding it's own dang self?
I'm a Gemini and am pretty sure Mercury has my astrological number. I kinda feel like I've been retrograding for months. Am looking for my glimmer of light at the end of my astrological tunnel.

Maybe I WILL watch Men in Black.

"He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia's nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:
Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special 'top secret' folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called Men In Black… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic."

Re: Time for some more woo-woo
During this odd journey of my life I have also come across this...that the movie, Men in Black, holds some type of prophetic and/or deeply meaningful wisdom.
I've watched it a couple of times and its actually one of the very few movies I own.
I don't go to church anymore because I don't want it to affect (or cause effects to) my beliefs. What I do believe and hold sacred doesn't seem to be prized very much by those individuals I know that do attend regularly. I believe I'll just have to stick to the yard and my knees.

Re: Time for some more woo-woo
Men in Black is hysterical.
I'm with you, Lynn regarding not going to church. I think organized religions are problematic at best because they were created by and are run by human beings with all their foibles. Just look at Scientology. That religion was invented by a crazy science fiction writer less than a century ago and it's already a twisted, bizarre organization. I can't fathom what it will be like in two millennia.
I do, however, truly believe there is much more to the nature of our existence than meets the eye, so to speak. I just want to discover it for myself and not be told what it is by someone who has their own agenda.
